Returns & Exchanges

Kith Canada offers returns on eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date, provided they are in original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that certain limited-edition releases and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit the Kith Canada Returns Portal and enter your order number and postal code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, dust bags, and authenticators are included to avoid processing delays.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid return shipping label provided by the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your parcel at any authorized carrier location and retain your receipt; your refund will be processed once our team inspects the returned goods.
